Pre-Enrolment for Current Students
Pre-enrolment for the 2026-2027 school year opens on Monday, February 2.
Pre-enrolment is key in helping our Division understand how many students to expect in September 2026. Your participation helps the Division make informed decisions regarding staffing, class sizes, and program offerings.
All students in the Division must complete the pre-enrolment process, whether they are staying at their current school or moving to a different school.
How to Pre-Enrol
The pre-enrolment process will run from Monday, February 2 to Friday, March 13, 2026. Please complete the following steps:
- Log into PowerSchool
- Click the “Pre-Enrolment for Next Year” icon in the left-hand menu.
- Select the school your child will attend for the 2026-2027 school year.
If you need help completing pre-enrolment, please contact your school.
Registration for Siblings
Families with children currently registered in ECSD can log into PowerSchool and click on SchoolEngage to add a new student. You will then be directed to fill out the application online.
Registration for New Students
Families new to Edmonton Catholic Schools (no children currently registered in ECSD) can register using our online tool. In order to register, you will need to know what school you are hoping to attend and create a SchoolEngage account. You can find out more information on our New Student Registration page.

Find an Open House
ECSD schools are opening their doors to give families a chance to get to know their prospective school, meet the staff, tour the building, and learn more about programming and extracurricular activities.
